Rosie was born TA 2984 to Tolman Cotton and Lily Brown on a spring day. She also has four brothers. Rosie was the typical girl growing up, bright and always had a smile on her face. She met Sam when she was still quite young and they instantly became the best of friends.
Appearance:
Rosie has wavy curly blonde locks that go just pass her shoulder. She wears a light blue dress with white sleeves and sometimes a choker around her neck. Her hair is usually down but on the rare occasion she'll put it up.
