The rebellion is on, but not without its difficulties. First and foremost, the failed mission to rescue Capitol captives that resulted in the imprisonment of key rebellion players. Now, to set things right, a tentative treaty has been made at the expense of settling the war in yet another arena filled with horrors for Capitol-allied and Rebel alike. Last team standing wins. That is, if war doesn’t break out outside the arena again as well…
